Grill During The Stay and Will Report Back When We Return.

Monday
Lunch / Homemade Hot Dogs, Relish, Cole Slaw, and Potato Chips. (Easy to
prepare while unpacking and setting up the Lodge to accommodate myself and the
dog.)
Dinner / Delmonico Steaks, Marinated in Herb and Garlic Marinade, Baked
Potato, Broccoli, and Garlic Bread.
(I will start marinating
the steaks before I leave on Monday. The longer the steak marinades, the faster
it will cook.)

Tuesday
Breakfast / Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, and Toast. Along with Milk and OJ.
Lunch / Brats, Boiled in Beer and Onions, along with Potato Salad and
Sauer Kraut.
Dinner / Veal Rib Chops, Marinating in Honey Dijon Marinade, Mashed
Potatoes, Garlic Bread, Grilled Vidalia Onions, and Cauliflower.
Wednesday
Breakfast / Cheese Omelet, Sausage, and Toast. Along with Milk and OJ.
Lunch / Italian Sausage, Pasta, and Garlic Bread
Dinner / Porterhouse Steaks, Oven Brown Potatoes, Garlic Bread, and Corn
on the Cob.
Thursday
Breakfast / Sunny Side Up-Eggs, Sausage, and Toast. Along with Milk and OJ.
Lunch / Hamburgers, Cheese, Bacon, and Potato Salad
Dinner / Baby Back Ribs, Baked Potato, Garlic Bread, and Fresh Green
Beans.
Friday
Breakfast / Eggs, over Easy, Pancakes, and Sausage.
Lunch / Will be eaten on the road so I can be home by 2 PM.
I can always change my menu as long as I bring the ingredients with me. When
I go out of town camping, I try to bring everything with me. Even if I have to I
get Ice twice a day (that's if I tent camp). I always have two coolers, one for
food and one for beverages.
Shopping List
This is were I go through my Menu and create a Shopping List
of Items needed to make this trip a simple trip.

I will call the camp grounds and see if there is a local
farmer with fresh produce nearby.
Produce: Cauliflower, Green Beans, Broccoli, Baking Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Corn on the
Cob.
Meats: Precooked Baby Back Ribs, Hot Dogs, Brats, Italian Sausage, Rib Eye Steaks, Veal
Rib Chops,
Porterhouse Steaks, Breakfast Sausage, Bacon, Ham, and Beef Back Rib Bones (for
the dog).
Dairy Products: Eggs, Milk, American Cheese, and Country Crock Spread.
Bakery Products: Sliced Italian Bread, Brat Buns, Hamburger Buns, and a Pastry.
Grocery Paper Products: Garbage Bags, Aluminum Foil, Paper Plates, Paper
Towels, Dish Soap, Scrubbing Pads, and Disinfectant.
Grocery Food Products: Bottled Water, Coffee, 12 Pack of Grillmeats.com Spices and Rubs,
Mayonnaise, Salsa, Potato Chips, Sauer Kraut (bagged), Dijon Mustard, Relish, Ditka's Steak Sauce, Pancake Mix, Ranch Dip, and Pasta Sauce.
Extras': Mesquite Charcoal, First Aid Kit, Lighter, Sunscreen, Mosquito Repellent, and
Citronella Candles.
If you rent a cabin, you will need linen and toiletries. If you can only
get a Camping Cabin you'll need Kitchen Utensils. Lodges and Cottages have all
the extras. Get a KOA's Extra Value Card if you plan on renting a Cabin, it
reduces the cost by 10%. Dogs are $2.50 a day per dog. The dog must not be
aggressive and leashed. Mini, my dog, is a Peek-a-Poo and weighs in at 10 lbs.

Cabins available. You have to make your own reservations at
