Best Way To Carve A Whole Ham

1) Place the ham fat side up on a carving surface. Remove a few slices from the thin side, forming a base on which to set the meat.
2)
Turn the meat onto the base.
3)
Cut slices down to the leg bone.
4) To release slices, run the knife horizontally along the bone. For additional servings, turn the meat over to its original position and slice it in a similar manner.
