Remember that every oven cooks differently, and that you
NOT leave the meat thermometer in the meat while it's Cooking. It will
create a false reading and overcook the meat were the thermometer was stuck.

Best Way To Carve A Whole Ham
1)
Place the ham fat side up on a carving
surface. Remove a few slices from the thin side,
forming a base on which to set the
meat.

Turn the meat onto the
base.

Cut slices down to the leg
bone.
4)
To release slices, run the knife
horizontally along the bone. For additional
servings, turn the meat over to its original
position and slice it in a similar
manner.
