1) Know Your Butcher

This Section will Guide through the ways to talk to a Meat Person.

Ask Your Butcher About How Thick To Get Your Cut.
bulletThick cuts of beef are great for people that like blood in the center of their cooked steaks.
bulletWhen you do get a thick cut of meat, pick out or ask to have cut a 1"  or thicker steak cut.
bulletI recommend that you marinate the meat for at least 24 hours before eating.
bullet This rule is especially true if you purchase any kind of Select Graded Meat
bullet  which is always available at your local market.
bulletBe sure that the piece of meat your buying has plenty of marbling in it.
bulletIt may look fatty, but it will melt in your mouth after you cook it.
